Celebrate Burns Night with a special dinner on January 25th, when the Club will be serving up an exclusive Scottish menu in honour of the great poet. A piper will be on hand to set the scene and we are delighted to have secured a world champion, Matthew Supranowicz, who won the title in 2015 with his pipe band, Shotts and Dykehead.

Rabbie’s Tipple, named after Robert Burns’ nickname, has a sweet and powerful taste with a hint of bitterness. Enjoy a cocktail of Auchentoshan Lowland Whisky, Pedro Ximenez Sherry, Spanish bitters and flamed orange.
Ae Fond Kiss possesses a dry but sweet taste with a mellow finish. As a poet and writer of love sonnets, this cocktail is a nod to the Bard’s romantic side. Experience a fusion of Auchentoshan Lowland Whisky, Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Liqueur, Orange Curacao, lemon, egg and bittersweet cherries.
