Self-compassion is a great act of love. Join our very own Ambassador Member, Pippa Richardson, to explore this very important topic. Together, we will discuss why practicing self-compassion is a worthwhile investment and how to be compassionate leaders – both in our personal and professional lives.

We will de-mystify some of the myths around ‘self-love’ and share how self-compassion has been scientifically proven to positively improve our resilience and overall well-being. Using our collective insight we will conclude with practical takeaways for how we can achieve more self-compassion in our every day lives.

Get to know Pippa Richardson:
Pippa is a highly regarded Yoga & Body Awareness Therapist who specialises in working one-to-one. Pippa leads classes and workshops throughout the UK and abroad and is a faculty member on two Yoga Therapy Teacher Training programs.

An engaging and inspiring speaker who weaves insights from her personal journey alongside practices that promote a healthy relationship with body and mind.

This talk intends to be an insightful evening of discussion and reflection.
